Emotional Freedom Techniques

You may be surprised to discover that all of these conditions listed above, and many more, are caused by exactly the same thing—a disruption in your body's energy system—and therefore the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can be successfully applied to each of them.
EFT is based on the belief that "The cause of ALL negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system." Simply stated, EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary; by gently tapping various points on your face and upper body while tuning in to a specific problem you can release the blockage that the problem has created in your energy system, and literally tap away the issue.
I suspect you are reading this with a quizzical look on your face, because this sounds quite "way out", but let's think about this in more detail. As Einstein proved with his theories everything in the universe (including ourselves) is made up of energy—therefore it follows that emotional problems have an energetic basis too. The best way to get over this skepticism is to try it for yourself. Learn how to perform EFT on yourself for a specific issue—you will be amazed at how quickly you can discharge the negative emotions through simple tapping.
